Now that you have started reading your biography, I would like for you to share a little about your person. I hope you have discovered some interesting facts so far! This week, I would like for you to share one of those interesting facts. Please write a complete sentence (or sentences) including the name of your person.   11. John H. Glenn Jr was the first American astronaut into space. On his famous 1962 space mission he traveled around the earth 3 times in less than 5 hours. When his rocket Friendship 7 passed over Perth Australia the entire town also became famous when they turned on all their lights hoping to be seen from space and becoming known as the City of Light.
